This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your eal but about hear attacks.

The Chinese and Japanese hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maibe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this is "slude" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be asbsorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food.

It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after meal.

A serious note about heart attacks - You should know thatnot every heart attack symptom us going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of heart attact. Nausea and intense sweating are also common sumptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can make you from a sound sleep.

Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive.

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating

It seems only MALES are afflicted with this. We had a co-staff/driver from FAO who died last month from supposedly BANGUNGOT-- leaving a housewife and 3 very young kids.

IMPORTANT: Never go thirsty when going to bed and be sure you have plenty of water during your 8-hour rest.
Bangungot has killed a male nurse of UERMMH. It is sudden death in adults which cause them to die while sleeping. Many theories have
been put forward as its cause. However, here is an article which sheds some light to the cause of this malady. Please read on:

The reported cause of actor Rico Yan's death is nightmare or bangungot. Medical investigators in China , Japan and several Asian countries who performed autopsies on persons who died from "acute
hemorrhagic pancreatitis" found out that the majority of them had eaten NOODLES as their supper. This was a startling finding.
However, it wasn't the noodles that caused nightmares but DEHYDRATION. Imbibing even with a few drinks of alcohol or just eating noodles immediately before bedtime compound this on an empty
stomach will trigger an electrolyte imbalance and other factors that causes a person to dehydrate or lose water.
It is therefore advisable for a person to take several glasses of water before bedtime if he had a few or several alcoholic drinks. Avoid eating noodles before bedtime, but if you can not avoid it, allow at least two hours for the body to digest the noodles before hitting the sack and drink plenty of water.
The most important thing is, never go thirsty when going to bed and be sure you have plenty of water during your 8-hour rest.

Nahirapan lng ako sa pag-surf ng pampahaba ng buhay. amf.

Un pla. Ginagawa na ntn ang mga pinaka effective.

1. sex (uhmp... virgin)
2. drinking alcohol (in moderation nga lng)
3. socialize (kaya nga may mga lakad tau lagi db)
4. exercise (dyan naman pumapasok ang pusoy, tong its, bilyar, malling.... o db athletic)
5. stay in love (kaya nga lumalandi tau db)
6. keep on thinking (dota parin to)
7. Strive to be better (dota padin... nasa levelling kc yan)

Kaya guys, wag tau mag-alala kng mamatay man tau ng maaga O after century tuna pa bago tayo ma dedo.
