new forum moderators -- KARASU & SOLWAYSTA

our newly promoted forum moderatorS are SOLWAYSTA and KARASUthanks to THEIR 100 posts, solwaysta and karasu are now 3-star klasmeyt, weh anu nmn!!
the next user to reach 250posts(SOLWAYSTA) will be cited as CHAT MODERATOR
SOLWAYSTA AND KARASU are still limited to user and chat moderation, their primary task is to maintain the relativity of replies in each topic. lolz mag-spam muna kayo
